Three departments: School Support Services, University Admission & Immigration Support, Online Learning Support Services

Work arrangement: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Working days: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key responsibilities

• Support departmental marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Identify prospective students, parents, schools and clients.
• Create and share approved content for social media and other online platforms.
• Help prepare marketing materials, flyers and campaign messages.
• Respond to basic enquiries using approved information.
• Direct prospective clients to the right service pages, forms or contacts.
• Follow up with prospects and record enquiries in approved tracking systems.
• Support lead generation, basic market research and campaign reporting.

Requirements

• Meet one of ARFET Global's eligible internship categories.
• Interest in marketing, sales, communications, business development or customer engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Access to a laptop or computer, a smartphone and reliable internet.
• Comfortable with email, online meetings, social media and basic digital tools.
• Initiative, discipline, organisation and attention to detail.

Advantage: Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media management or digital marketing.
