Working days: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and outreach for approved online learning programmes.
• Respond to prospective student enquiries using approved programme information.
• Explain programme options, entry requirements, application procedures and deadlines.
• Direct prospective students to the correct application forms and enrolment channels.
• Follow up with applicants who have shown interest, and help them understand the information needed.
• Check application records for completeness and refer discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, applications and recruitment activities, and protect student information.

Requirements

• Meet one of ARFET Global's eligible internship categories.
• Interest in education, student recruitment, admissions, administration or customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Access to a laptop or computer, a smartphone and reliable internet.
• Comfort with email, online forms, spreadsheets and digital communication platforms.
• Confidentiality and responsible handling of personal information.

Advantage: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, online application systems or customer service experience.
